Parent Steps to Register for Fall League

Fall League is limited and open to existing Trap Team members only. You should have completed your commitment form at the end of Spring League.

2023 Fall Season Fees are $150.00.

Thanks to a generous donation from Big Al’s, our fee for the fall season has been greatly reduced!

This fee includes the cost of all shells, clay targets for Tuesday nights, and USA Clay Target registration.

  • Step One - Must be completed by Wednesday, September 6th, no exceptions -

You should have already received an email from the league- this email is intended for you only.  Do NOT share this email with anyone else.  If you have not received this email, please contact us ASAP.   Don’t wait until the last minute! 

If your son/daughter has registered with the league before, most of the information will be pre-populated and make it faster to complete (check & update information as needed).  

  1. Below are some Athlete Management System (AMS) videos to help you register:  (use these as needed!)

    1. Setting up a user profile in AMS (click here for video)- FIRST TIME USERS ONLY- If you need to set up your profile for the AMS account.  You need this profile created to register for the season!

    2. Athlete Season Registration Walk Through (click here for video)- YOU NEED TO GO through this to REGISTER your son/daughter for the season.  

  • Step Two - Complete and Sign the Fall Forms Packet

Please print, fill out and bring the completed forms to the mandatory Fall Meeting. Forms are Crow River Waiver Form, STMA Trap Team Booster Club Waiver Form, Activity Emergency Form

  • Step Three - Payment

Fee for the 2023 Fall Season is $150, balance remaining is $100. Checks should be made payable to the STMA Trap Team Booster Club.

Volunteering is mandatory! No experience necessary for scorekeeping; we will train you. Students cannot trapshooters without scorekeepers, so we need everyone’s help here. Families with a coach or manager are not required to sign up.

  • Step Five - Athlete and Parent Attend the Mandatory Fall Meeting

Thursday, September 7th from 6:30pm-7:15pm in the STMA High School Media Center. Bring all required forms and a check for $100 to STMA Trap Team Booster Club
